Worship Wednesdays: In Your Reach – All Things New

This week is a song from Mae: “I love how it’s a folk song because you never hear P&W songs that are this type of genre. The chorus really sticks out for me.”

Nothing’s gonna hold me
Nothing’s gonna hold me down
Cause I know
Your hands are gonna pull me
Your hands are gonna pull me out
And I believe
As far as I may seem
I’m always in Your reach

Worship Wednesdays: Lord, I’m Ready Now – Plumb

Are you ready for God? With everything tugging at your heart strings, and things appearing to be a mess.. Don’t be so focused on who you’re not. God says you have nothing to hide.

Oh Lord I’m ready now
All the walls are down
Time is running out
And I want to make this count
I ran away from you
And did what I wanted to
But I don’t want to let you down
Oh Lord I’m ready now
Lord I’m ready now

Worship Wednesdays: Just Be Held

Happy Wednesday!

I think when life’s storm hits us, that’s what we’re looking for – to be held. We’re looking for something we can grab onto and steady ourselves…we may even look at our faith that way. We all need to grab onto God and steady ourselves. But in the storms, it’s hard to remember that I’m already being held and I’m already in His control and in His protection, even in the chaos.

I hope this song reminds you that you ARE being held by Him.

Worship Wednesdays: Not Right Now – Jason Gray

Jason says:
We all hurt sometimes and you just need too know that it’s ok to ‘feel’ those uncontrollable feelings and emotions in life, continue to trust that God’s by your side and that you will eventually overcome. Sharing a song I have had on repeat recently. For anyone who has ever been through sadness, pain, hurt, big or small this one is for you all, enjoy.

“I know someday I’ll be ok…. but not right now”

Worship Wednesdays: Mandisa – He Is With You

There may be times where we feel lonely and alone. There might be some struggles at home, school, friends or even faith. You might feel that it’s coming down at you all at once and that there is no end in sight but remember that He Is With You. God’s continued embrace is with you through all your troubles. When times are rough, just remember God loves you and He will be with you always through the stress and strife.
